You can make the easiest, most delicious vegan ranch with cashews! Soak some cashews and whip it up in about five minutes. This dressing is perfect for any salad, quinoa bowl, taco salad, or veggie wrap. It is a great substitute if you are dairy-free or just want an alternative dressing that is creamy and delicious.

Why you will love this recipe
Easy blender recipe with few ingredients–This is a great recipe that requires very little effort. Basically add the ingredients to a blender and blend!
Healthy and vegan–This recipe uses whole ingredients and there are no questionable ingredients. Whether you’re vegan or are just looking for a healthier ranch dressing to be used without all the extra ingredients found in storebought ranch, you’ll love this recipe. It can be enjoyed by vegans and non-vegans alike!
Versatile dressing–Ranch is such a staple dressing and can be used for so many things. Use it on a veggie wrap, on top of roasted veggies (like my Oven Baked Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts), in a quinoa salad, or whatever else you can think of!

Equipment you’ll need
High Speed Blender-This is what allows you to make your dressing creamy and smooth. Soaked cashews in a high speed blender turn into a perfect cream texture. I love my Vitamix and use it every day for smoothies, dressings, or things like my Vegan Chocolate Cashew Pie with Chocolate Crust. If you ask me, a high speed blender is one of those must-have kitchen tools!
Lemon Squeezer-Not a necessary tool for this recipe, but if you use a lot of lemons, you may just find a lemon squeezer a helpful tool to have in your kitchen. I try to keep my kitchen tools to a minimum, but I do love my handheld lemon squeezer and use it all the time!
Ingredients for Vegan Ranch Dressing with Cashews

Raw cashews, soaked
Fresh lemon juice-I highly recommend fresh squeeze lemon juice rather than bottled lemon juice. It gives the freshest flavor!
Nutritional yeast-this is what gives the cheesy flavor. I love this one or this one.
Garlic powder

Dried dill
